DESU makes two collagen dura membranes from pure Type I bovine collagen. DURASHEET is a dural graft matrix usable on both surfaces that can be sutured; DECOLL is a membrane suitable for onlay use. Both come in four sizes, gamma sterilized and ready to use.

What is the difference between DURASHEET and DECOLL?
Both are made of pure Type I bovine collagen, come in four sizes and are gamma sterilized and ready to use. DURASHEET is a dural graft matrix that can be used on either surface and sutured; DECOLL is a collagen dura membrane suitable for onlay use.
What collagen source does DESU use?
DESU collagen devices are made from bovine Type I collagen only. Sourcing, processing and traceability are handled under the company’s ISO 13485 quality management system, and specialists can walk a hospital through the safety documentation.
Do the grafts need preparation before use?
No special preparation: both membranes are supplied sterile and ready to use. Handling and placement follow the instructions for use supplied with the product.
